# DCC (Data Collection Coin) Operational Whitepaper

## 1. Operational Vision
The goal of the DCC operations team is to foster the organic growth of the data ecosystem and establish a stable management system that continuously enhances the economic value of the token.

## 2. Tokenomics Execution Policy

### 2.1 Burning (Burn) Management
- **Purpose**: Strengthen scarcity through circulation reduction.
- **Execution**: Automatically burns 50% (default) of all data purchase revenue through the `BurnAndMintManager`.
- **Monitoring**: Publishes quarterly burn reports for transparency to the community.

### 2.2 Rewards (Reward) and Minting (Mint) Management
- **Purpose**: Encourage high-quality data supply.
- **Criteria**: Rewards are distributed differentially based on the accuracy, recency, and rarity of the data.
- **Execution**: Tokens are minted via the `rewardProvider` function based on data verification results approved by administrators.

## 3. Governance and Decision Making

### 3.1 Division of Roles
- **Foundation**: Responsible for initial infrastructure establishment and global marketing.
- **Operating Nodes (Operators)**: Perform practical data verification and reward approval processes.
- **Community**: Participates in proposing and voting on major policy changes (e.g., burn rates) through the future introduction of governance tokens.

### 3.2 Dispute Resolution Mechanism
- In case of disputes regarding data quality, a consensus algorithm involving multiple operating nodes is used to make a final decision on rewards.

- **Security Incident Response**: Reviewing the `Pausable` feature for emergency smart contract stops and maintaining constant cooperation with security professionals.
- **Market Volatility Response**: Flexibly adjusting burn rates during sharp token price fluctuations to protect the profitability of ecosystem participants.

- **Enterprise Integration**: Forming partnerships with high-volume data users such as AI labs and marketing agencies.
- **Localization**: Ensuring regulatory compliance and local community activation in key target countries like Indonesia.
